Established in 1997, Gypsy's Shiny Diner is a locally owned and operated restaurant. It offers a variety of sandwiches, salads and burgers for lunch and dinner. The restaurant provides onion rings, chicken fingers, hot dogs, cheeseburgers and french fries. Gypsy's Shiny Diner also serves grilled cheese, fried chicken sandwich and garden salad. It offers a selection of desserts, such as cheesecake and banana split. The restaurant provides space to host various special events, such as weddings, birthday parties and anniversary celebrations. In addition, Gypsy's Shiny Diner participates in several community events and programs. Its sister property includes Oak City Diner.
