      I called on a recommendation around 3:30pm because of our septic pump not working. James said he'd try and get out my way that day. He arrived at 7:45pm to look into our issue. That is amazing commitment! He worked by flashlight to diagnose the problem, and said he'd be back the next day with the parts, but STILL stayed to make sure our pump took the level down so we could shower etc. He returned early the next day with a crew of experts and they identified the problem. I work in hospitality, and this company embodies that work ethic and commitment. I would highly recommend James Gulley to anyone that needs a reliable solution.

      We have called upon Gulley for several issues when we purchased a home with a septic tank for the first time. Gulley was the ONLY professional who came out and offered his expertise and recommendations for resolving the issues. The others were quick to hand out high estimates for work that never needed to be done. You want honest-- call Gulley!!! We would not call anyone else. The man knows his stuff!! :) Thanks Gulley you are the best!!
