I recently had the windshield replaced in my 2010 Ford Fusion at Glass Doctor on Triangle Drive in Raleigh. I dropped it off before work (for 11am appointment) and got a call from the Service Manager that the work was complete at 11:25 earlier than I expected! The location is perfect and easily accessible from 540. The entire staff was very friendly, and everyone was excited to explain the repair process and warranty. Donna was especially helpful and courteous during the initial call as well as in person. She sent me a clear and concise quote that beat out 3 other major Raleigh area providers. I highly recommend Glass Doctor to "Fix your panes"!

Never again. Called to schedule an appointment and was told that they would return a call with someone that does the scheduling. Never got a call back, after 36 hours, Monday and Tuesday, and three more phone calls of being ignored, I called with a local Glass shop. They obviously don't need a $500 job, but the other shop was thrilled to have the business. My recommendation is to find someone that cares, not a franchisee. Would never recommend.

We needed "Glass Doctor" to make custom sized mirrors and they turned out fantastic. They were done quicker than the initial estimate and were the same cost as the initial quote. If we were giving out stars for cost and attitude we would give them a 4 out of 5. For availability, communication, quality of work, trustworthiness, and value we would give them 5 out of 5. We would definitely recommend "Glass Doctor" for anyone who needs glass or mirrors made.

Glass Doctor repair 3 chips in 3 different vehicles for me and the rep who came out was one of the nicest people I'd ever dealt with. I had them quote 5 windows to replace in my home and their price was competitive with replacing them all together. They were on time, called to inform on a regular basis, very professional and easy to deal with. Loved my experience with Glass Doctor of the Triangle and would never hesitate to use them.

Great!!! First off, I would give them more than 5 stars. The last thing we had used Glass Doctor was for shower doors, tech #511, who did the shower doors, was knowledgeable, professional, nice, yet down to earth. Anthony who is customer service rep/ administrative rep, is also wonderful, he will always do his best to work with you for your glass needs. Lastly, I have used them four times for my glass needs, and every time I get great service. Other glass companies, many times you have to leave a message and sometimes you get a machine, not a human being. With Glass Doctor you are always getting professional and friendly service. Yesterday I had a back windshield shatter leaving me in a parking lot wondering what to do. I called Glass Doctor of Raleigh and within a few minutes Anthony, who was very helpful and sympathetic, put me in contact with my insurance company and set up an appointment to have it fixed. They were at my home first thing the next morning. Aaron who came to fix my window was knowledgable and very polite. He took his time explaining what may have happened. Other people who have been to our home to provde a service could take a lesson on his professionalism. Kudos to Glass Doctor for hiring such a pleasant and competatnt work force.

Glass Doctor installed a back glass in my Mustang! Did a great job! They were friendly and informative. Will definitely use them again!
