General Info

You can expect that I will keep anything we share strictly confidential. I will listen to any topic that concerns you, without bias in order to help you understand you and your issues better. I will take you seriously and will concern myself only with your interests during the session. I approach counseling as an opportunity for you to become more content with your life in a non-judgmental and safe atmosphere. I can help you identify patterns that inhibit personal growth, and help you develop successful coping skills. However, I cannot do this alone; you must work with me as you make the decisions to change your life.
