Dr. Zuber has taken excellent care of me. Treatments and biopsies are painless and effective. Her compassionate patient care is very reassuring.

Provided by YP.comDr. Crouse is a wonderful compassionate doctor. Dr. Crouse is the most comprehensive healthcare provider my wife and I have ever been under the care of. Dr. Crouse has a heart of gold and is the true meaning of what a doctor is supposed to be for the patient.
Thanking you this way seems trivial and inadequate, but none-the-less, we cannot shower Dr. Crouse with enough gratitude for all that you have done for us. You are incredible at what you do, and we appreciate your care and expertise infinitely. Thank you, Barbara & Lance

Provided by YP.comFrom the friendly and efficient office staff to the professionalism of Dr. Goel, I would highly recommend this office!
Dr. Goes is knowledgeable, setting at ease (unwarranted) concerns I had and provided a thorough and again, professional, full exam.
I will recommend Dr. Goel at Family Dermatology on Duraleigh to anyone who asks.

Provided by YP.comI have always received excellent medical care with Family Dermatology, both at the Raleigh office, and at the new office in Apex, NC. The front desk staff has treated me well. And the various medical professionals who have worked with me have always explained things to me clearly and resolved my skin issues quickly. There have never been any billing issues at all. Additionally, when I have had a quick question which could be resolved through messaging rather than requiring an actual on-sight appointment, they have agreed to provide to me the needed information through messaging without charge. Of course, I limit my use of that generosity to only very rare instances.

Provided by YP.comDr. Schulz is unprofessional, unfriendly, disrespectful, and showed lack of concern for the patient. Let me first say myself and both of my children have been seen at this practice over the past year and although I'm not ecstatic about this practice and would hesitate to recommend them because they lack bedside manner, they have been accurate with treatments and we have not had to return, so I would tolerate them EXCEPT, I had the most DEPLORABLE EXPERIENCE WITH DR. SCHULTZ BEING THE ON CALL PROVIDER YESTERDAY AT 4:45-545 PM!!! I am a health care professional myself and I have rarely seen such unprofessionalism and lack of concern for patient care when speaking directly with the patient EVER!! I called because a my 21 month old daughter was diagnosed with mild eczema by Dr. Schultz and was prescribed a steroid cream. She has had a couple of outbreaks over the 6 months and the medicine always works. I tried to refill the prescription the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and was informed she had no more refills. They sent a fax request, and I tried to pick up the prescription yesterday (1 week later), the pharmacy never received a response. I called the on call service because my daughter now has an outbreak and is scratching constantly and even had a rash on her scalp. It took 2 pages and an hour later Dr. Schultz called back. Obviously irritated by my call, she repeatedly lectured me on how she should not be calling in a prescription because she had not seen my daughter in 6 months, and because of her age, and stated that I waited until late on a Friday to call. She repeatedly said she'd do me a favor, save me an ER visit, but she was going to document it in their records, that this was a 1 TIME refill only and she would never do this again. I told her she didn't have to do it now if she didn't feel comfortable. But she repeated this lecture at least 3 times BEFORE SHE EVER ASKED WHAT MY DAUGHTER'S SYMPTOMS WERE. I was very upset and after she finished her lecturesss, I informed her the reason I called late on a Friday was because I went to pick up her prescription and they had not responded from a week ago when she was NOT having an outbreak. After I told her not to do anything she wasn't comfortable with and she didn't have to do any favors, I also asked if I had missed a follow up appt. She said 'no'. So I asked how was I to know when to come back for a check up when that was never explained to me. She stated if the medicine wasn't working, I should come back. I then informed her of the cycle my daughter goes through (which she NEVER ASKED), so the medicine does work and that's just the cycle of eczema as I have known it. She then softened her rant (my guess is after realizing her errorS). Then she said if my pedicatrician felt comfortable since she was going for well visits she could take over the prescription since she would be seeing my daughter's skin. I just said, 'sure! And I'm SO sorry for interrupting your important weekend' and hung up. I was so irritated and taken aback by her rant, I didn't even mention I had called the pediatrician after paging her the first time and the office had already called in the prescription, called me to check on my daughter and give me instructions with the medication within 15 minutes. That's how patient care SHOULD be. #totallydisgusted

Provided by YP.comI visited Family Dermatology with my 12 year old. The doctor came in 35 minutes late, no apology, no thank you for waiting. The assistant that walked in with her didn't even find it necessary to say hello and seemed ready to go home. Dr. Shultz, I think was her name, gave some info but very impersonal, and I didn't feel she cared about the issue we were there for or the questions I was asking her. She too seemed ready to go home for the day. It seems that in an economic time that many businesses are struggling, and realizing people have many choices, but chose you, offices would do more to show patients that they appreciate the business. My this office doesn't need the business. The front desk was fine, and the nurse that took us back was great. Will not be back.

Provided by YP.comI have had many skin cancers over the years and have had several different dermatologists in other cities, etc. Dr. Flynn is one of the nicest, most professional, and most gifted physicians that I have known. His credentials are impeccable and he has always known the identity of anything I have asked about. He is well trained and very kind and that combination will ensure that I will remain a patient for a long time. His office staff has been great as well.

Provided by YP.comThe appointments office scheduled me right away. I was miserable with a itchy rash. Probably something I came in contact with while cleaning. The medication they prescribed worked and I my follow up showed the rash was gone!
They filed my insurance with no problem - just paid my copay.

Provided by YP.comI made an appointment for an in network doc and they sent me to one of their other out of network docs so they could bill me more. NOT COOL - I will not go back.
I am truly sorry you had this problem. Your insurance company is just trying to stick you with more of the bill. We generally get paid the same amount whether it is "in network" or "out of network," and in any case the insurance companies make it hard to know what we'll get paid until we submit the claim. We handle over 300 insurance products. Some of them randomly drop us from networks to reduce their payments, then correct the problem if we catch it. This may be such a situation. Please give us a shot at correcting the problem. Our office number is 919-791-0840. Matt Flynn, M.D. Family Dermatology
