I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than five years of experience in clinical settings with a focus on working with young children, adolescents and adults. As a case manager, I am dedicated to developing personal connections with my patients and their families, identifying barriers to care, establishing patient goals, and helping to improve their overall health and well-being.
