I had the very unfortunate chance to hire this man as my attorney in help with a disability claim. The man is condescending...rude and not very bright. He will talk to you as if you are 3 years old. His paperwork is everywhere and very unorganized...when you arrive for an appointment half the time will be spent looking for your paperwork. In my hearing he stumbled with his words...he did not show or prove what my case was. I finally spoke up and asked the Judge if I could speak for myself....and he allowed me. I won my case even after my attorney stated it was not likely I would....and I am sure it is because I spoke up and let him know how things are for me. Stay far away from Michael Duncan, I promise you will be very sorry if you use him.
