- Carpal Tunnel SyndromeAlthough carpal tunnel syndrome does not typically require surgery, in severe cases, it can lead to persistent numbness and irreversible damage to the muscles of the thumb. The goal of the procedure is to release pressure on the median nerve. This is achieved by making a small incision in the ligament that covers the nerve in order to give it more room. This is typically an outpatient procedure and can be performed under general or local anesthesia.

- ArthroscopyThe elbow is one of the most common places in the body for arthritis to present. Arthroscopic surgery is often an excellent option because it allows your surgeon to address the issue without needing to undergo a long recovery time. Elbow arthroscopy involves minimal incision, as the doctor is able to use a camera tool to remove excess tissue and bone spurs from the joint. This reduces recovery time, getting you back to doing what you love more quickly.
