I cannot recommend this urgent care!!!!! When my daughter experienced severe pain in her pelvic area one Saturday evening, I took her to this urgent care. It was 20 minutes from closing and when we walked in the door, the person behind the desk jumped up and said they were closing and almost yelled to a person in the waiting area to shut and lock the door. Now, here is my daughter doubled over in pain and they closed the door right in our faces. I couldn't believe it. I took my daughter to Rex's emergency room...enough said.

The staff at Accent Urgent Care are not caring and very rude. I wouldn't go back here unless I absolutely could not go anywhere else. The staff here should not be in the health care field because they have no concern for their patients.

Dr. Nacuzzi is great, you can tell his background is in Emergency medicine because he asks lots of questions particularly about life. This is more important than many realize - if the medicine makes you drowsy then you can't take care of your children or other dependants. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the staff, particularly the front line, are not very professional. They don't leave the number to call them back in voicemails, they are often confused regarding incoming and waiting calls and rarely announce the business name or theirs. Little things that are inconsistant with the overall attentive and communicative care provided at Accent.

Would highly recommend for immediate care. Much better than the Rex Urgent Care. Great physicians and quick service.
