The attendant is absolutely wonderful.. and I have taken my clothes there for years BUT the last time 2 very expensive new shirts were Destroyed! One with a large tear in the front, the other with a dark scorchmark on the collar and large scorchmark on the back! I have contacted the owner asking for reimbursement to replace my shirts. Her response was to iron a patch on the front of my shirt which looks awful. It has taken multiple calls to reach her and she has refused to reimburse me for my shirts. She shouted at me and told me my shirts cannot cost that much, even though I went to the store where they were purchased, got a written replacement cost and brought that to the cleaners. I also told her she can look at the label in the collar and go on their websight and see how much they cost herself. I will apparently have to take this to small claims court if she continues to be unresponsive.
