I have used approximately 10 movers in my life and DC movers were the worst I have ever dealt with. They arrived almost 4 hours late, and when they finally arrived, the first thing they did was complain about how tired they were. They took approximately 5 minute breaks after every load. The move that was promised to take less than 3 hours took almost 6 hours. When we called the manager to express our concerns, he was very rude and unwilling to listen or take any blame for the damage the movers created. By the end of the move they had created approximately 20 holes and scratches in our walls, numerous stains on our carpets and furniture.Please do not use these movers!
