Carver's Creek is a "good" restaurant that used to be an "excellent" restaurant. The food is still pretty good, the service is hit or miss, and the rating is hovering around a low 90. With some minor improvements they could return to being one of the best in Raleigh.
There Valentine dinner was so good. I had to go to the gym the next day to work off the pounds. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is a little hard to find but is worth the drive.
Carver's Creek is a hit and miss, depending on your server. I have had great service and abominable service. I thought it was a bit pricey for what we got. I do suggest that you go to their website and sign up for their email blasts (not much email), and then you will receive coupons and special offers in your email. That helps to make it more affordable.
Our waiter was very nice and informative and it was my birthday and he made sure that he served me dessert himself
