General Info

A healthful diet and exercise are the foundations to preventing and treating many chronic diseases. I wanted to be a part of a team that focused on health. An individual must be in control of their own change. I can be there to inspire, make suggestions and motivate, but nobody can force somebody to change. Without realizing that, I can’t be successful talking to and teaching patients. I became a certified diabetes educator in December 2017. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and refinishing furniture.
