Kelly did a wonderful job allaying my fears over a suspicious mole, removed it for a biopsy, and sent the results to me within 48 hours. (Thankfully, benign). No pain, only reassuring as procedure was done. She’s the best. So is Cole, her assistant. Thank you, Kelly and Cole! Much appreciated!

I believe Dr. Schulz to be a qualified doctor, but she was not overly friendly--only offering quick answers to my questions. The whole appointment felt extremely rushed. Dr. Schulz may not be at fault, I believe the doctors have a small time allotment that they must adhere to. Still, a dermatology appointment is not cheap, and I would like to have my concerns addressed and things explained. I went for a general check up, but had another quick concern. I was told I would need to schedule another appointment to even talk about it. Her esthetician, Courtney, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, informative, and went out of her way to address all of my questions in detail. Very good customer service. Perhaps the practices allow more time when they are attempting to sell expensive skin creams? They need to allow more time to address what could be life-threatening skin conditions . . at least in my opinion. I think the doctors would appreciate this as well. So, Courtney ge

I saw Dr. Schulz-Butulis for a spot on my face that would not heal. She was very thorough and took the time to look at my entire face (not just the spot I asked about). Additionally, she was able to do the biopsy on the same day as the exam so I didn't have to worry about another co-pay. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. She also gave me free samples of sunscreen. I thought she was great!

I was very satisfied with my visit to Family Dermatology. The staff and physicians were very friendly and my wait time was minimal. The physician, Dr. Flynn has also seen my daughter and she likes him alot. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a good dermatologist.
