In all of my experiences, this company has been absolutely the worst! I have never been treated so poorly, told I was a liar and had two supervisors not have any concern for another human being. These people lie to keep their jobs and install units improperly and the customer has to pay the price! I want everyone in my area and surrounding areas to know never to use this company. The company states if you are not 100% satisfied with our customer service a full refund will be given. Yet another lie from a completely horrid company! We were told by Benny our part would be overnighted and repair would happen when we scheduled it. The company never showed and had no remorse to try and fix the situation. They refused to pay for a hotel, take any money off our $1200 bill for a problem they caused on installation of our unit. We have 3 cats and oxygen tanks in our house and I had to suffer for 6.5 days in 87 degrees! This company called me a liar and refused to do anything and tried to push me onto another company.

I found James Jennings to be very friendly, thorough, and trustworthly! He explained our situation clearly and layed out our options in order to fix the problem. I would certainly request James again in the future, should we have any problems.

My wife and I have been using ARS/Rescue Rooter from the first day we moved into our new home and that was 5 years ago. ARS installed our system and I have had ARS service our system, both Cooling and heating ev3ery year since. The reason is the professional technicians, always friendly, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with, no matter how big or small the question may be. I will continue to have ARS service my systems, as long as I am in this home.

Wayde represented ARS very well. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the system, found the cause of the problem and then corrected the problem. He performed his job very efficiently and effectively. He is personable and courteous. He is a great representative for the company.

Kenneth Lee from ARS was out to perform annual PM on our heat pumps last week. He did a very professional job, prompt, courteous. He did the usual attempt at selling add-ons to our system, that ARS always does, but he wasn't pushy, explained all about what was going on with our systems and what the advantages would be for each recommendation. Nice job.

Thong was very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable about heating/AC equipment. He explained the things he checked and how the system was functioning and suggested things that need to be corrected. I am very pleased with the quality of work.

Charles provided a very friendly atmosphere on introduction. Was interested in my problem. Looked at my problem and then provided options for me to choose from. He provided pictures and a explanation of the problems. He did not take a strong armed approach and wanted to help. He also reminded me that ARS does stand behind it's work and would be in Raleigh for the long haul. I decided on a solution and he called to put the project on a schedule. A.r.s. Rescue rooter service tech Jeff Vaughn did a great job repairing a water leak under my house. My 60 year old house has a very low crawl space, but Jeff never complained and got the job done. Jeff also pointed out a problem that another competitor neglected to repair. When you find a Plummer you can trust ,you better keep him.
