This review is not a reflection of the actual Apple store but the Apple products of the divisions creating them Apparently Apple does not really care too much about consumer assistance We have 12 Apple phones and the inability of the website to provide the necessary information to convert one of the phones properly that's we've had for three years is apparently a problem for Apple In fact they have a requirement To provide them with a proof of. purchase in order to activate the phone correctly because our carrier cannot do that without using apples assistance The phone was purchased in 2012 rarely would someone have a proof of purchase for a phone that's over three years old So Apple has no alternative method to assist you they believe their phones have their own separate entity and I'm assuming their products have their own souls God should really deal with them on that issue Doesn't matter if you're the owner of the product apparently their product has his own ability to function without you so consequently their allegiance is to their phone in this particular case so Apple as a company as far as I'm concerned has ZERO on customer service they apparently want me to simply throw the phone away and buy a new one and I will but it will not be an Apple iPhone
