At lashed (lash tech here) is good at her job. I wouldn’t have picked her if I didn’t think so. I asked her b4 hand if they were 2 thin 2achieve a “noticeable & worth it” affect because she mentioned them being thin 1st. She said it wouldn’t be like extensions but they werent 2 thin. Ive received beautiful extensions (from her) b4. I’ve also had friends who’ve had lash lifts & tints done & spent countless hours goin through lift photos. I’m fully aware of the difference & that the lift does NOT add volume. Which is why I asked if mine were thick enough 2b worth it. She said yes. We proceeded. NOW that the result is lack luster, she’s saying that this is because they’re 2 thin. It would have been in both our best interests 2 tell me that my results would’ve been less than desirable 2 continue, & we would’ve went our merry ways. I dont feel comfortable at this stage going 2 the salon tomorrow 4 my 50% refund. 4 several reasons. I had 2 fight 4 it. She changed her mind THREE times until she settled on the 50%. At first, it was a free bottle of lash growth serum. Then it was a refund, before finally saying only 50%. I would’ve been fine with the 50% because I told her I knew she was out materials but not after being promised a refund & changed 2 a partial refund. She made sure 2 mentioned this has never happened b4. I am apt 2 believe that because she is good at what she does. I won’t take that away from her. What this leaves us with tho, is some1 who is unwilling 2 admit when something they’ve done isn’t their continued level of perfection. It’s a blow 2 someone’s pride 2 say “yeah that’s not my best. here’s your money back”. I am writing this solely 4 review purposes so that ppl can b aware what will happen on the off chance your service is a wreck. It’s unlikely 2 happen, but if it does, prepare 2 have 2 defend yourself, your opinion, unhappiness, & get into an uncomfortable conversation 2 PERSUADE her 4 a refund. Then ultimately forfeit your refund 2 avoid the most uncomfortable situation she creates by having 2go in after all this. I added her photos 2 be fair and show that under her close up lighting& photography, yes it’s a result. Cause that will be said. She’s using ONLY her photos to be worth a “million words” but won’t post the more accurate representation of the last lift. I will post both and let you decide. If I walked around with 2 super bright lights pointed right into my eyes at 4 inches away, and a zoom lens attached to my lashes then YES! these are a noticeable difference. Pls see attached photo for the results in NATURAL and TYPICAL lighting under REASONABLE conditions and distance. 39 out of 41 ppl voted and private messages me saying I deserve my money back. That’s what speaks for itself. I’ve even had ppl ask me what I was posted a pic of because they could tell anything.
