This is the most inept run pharmacy I have ever encountered. They have 2 pharmacists, and 6 techs and cannot get anything done. They are disorganized and rude. I will never do any business with these people again. I have heard from others that it is not just this one CVS pharmacy, it is an epidemic across Alabama. No organization, can't get prescriptions filled on time with even 2 to 4 hours lead time. Mismanaged is an understatement. I encourage anyone having to fill a prescription to use any other pharmacy in the state besides CVS. Maybe if enough people complain, they will either change and man up or just lose business.
