I am not one to write reviews, but I must in this situation because I am so happy right now and so pleased....I had a bad car accident with my brand new car only had 500 miles on my Mercedes and unfortunately someone hit me....I was devastated never thought my car would look brand new again nor drive the same...I called Mercedes asking them who to go to and they requested u guys QUALITY AUTO BODY in rahway New jersey...I didn't know anyone who went to u guys so I was a little hesitant....I brought my car there... The receptionist was so nice and made me feel very comfortable and told me not to worry they will take care of everything so I left my car they had enterprise pick me up right there and got me a rental. They arranged for my insurance company to go look at my car and they even got all the parts right from Germany which I didn't know they do that...they called me every week on Friday to tell me what was going on and it only took a month to fix which was pretty good being I had over $30,000 in damage... I want to thank u guys at Quality so much...my car is perfect even in the daylight u cannot tell at all it was in an accident...I'm so happy that I listen to Mercedes and used u guys...I will highly recommend u guys to everyone I know...thanks again so much!!!!!!

Splendid service and high quality workmanship. Edgar was very friendly and easy to work with. They took care of me from the second I set foot in the shop to get a quote, providing courteous interactions and free soft drinks while I watched TV in their clean lobby.

Just received back my car from Quality and the job was well done. I found no flaws with the workmanship. Customer Service was great. I would take my car back again.

First rate service, first rate repairs. Quality is true to its name. No complaints and will have my car repaired there again.
