This company will run you for every cent you have.. It's been 10 months since I left that hellhole of an apartment and they're still sending me bills after I already gotten a written statement from the manager that I don't owe a single cent... On top of that, they decided to bill me for new carpeting instead of hiring a cleaner, and they added that after I already signed a statement of charges after doing a walkthrough.. They are a bunch of selfish, ignorant people who will bully you into doing anything. by the way, the "non-refundable" pet deposit doesn't cover any damage that the pet does.... It doesn't make any sense to charge for a pet deposit and not use it towards damages: no carpet cleaning, no pet stains, literally nothing... last piece of advice... DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

Rent from somewhere else, they'll take all of your deposit for "damages" and never replace anything for the next tenants. And if you need anything fixed expect to wait at least a month.

This was a horrible renting experience and I would not recommend it to anyone. We rented in Cedar Valley. Every month the water to the building was shut off with less than 24 hours notice. When we left, over $100 was deducted from our security deposit for carpet and drapery cleaning(?) We had only lived in the apartment for the one year (much of which time we traveled). The gentleman who collected our keys told us we were "fortunate [he] wouldn't attach more fees." We cannot find any notice in the lease or our notes from meeting with the realtor that warned us of this fee, and we feel rather puzzled by being treated in this manner after being such good tenants. Further, the carpet was really a mess when we moved in - and we might have asked to have it cleaned then had we had known that we would be financially responsible for improving upon the apartment.
