      All of the trailers owned by W&A Rental are filled with black mold. There are holes in the ceiling that have been duct taped and painted over. The roof leaks and air gets through the windows and doors. If you do decide to rent here, your health will be at risk. Your kids will not be allowed to play out doors, the landlord will take pictures of them and evict you for that. He will change the rules midway through the lease and say you have to follow them even though you didn't sign it. The heat is a wall heater and the a/c is a window one, built into the wall. We needed a new stove and he cut into the cabinets and removed part of them. Observe the black mold on the kitchen ceiling inside the cabinets. Our 2nd bedroom has a plant growing IN the window. As in through it. Beware of W&A rental!
