Our Yorkie/Cocker mix was well cared for at Karen's Pampered Pets. He seemed to have been well fed and exercised. I actually had a chance to observe the owner walking our dog and I could tell that they both enjoyed it! I recommend them.

I have been taking my dog to Karens since we pcsed here to Ft. Knox back in July09. I have never had any issues with their service they have always done a great job on grooming my little Yorkie, And are very friendly there, I would recommend them to anyone looking for friendly service and for someone that is good at what they do. As for boarding I have never used Karens for that not a service I have ever needed. However if I did need that service I wouldn't think twice about leaving my dog there I know he would get treated good and would be well taken care of!!

I would Like to Reply to the ONLY review i see here. :) SmilesDogs Handled TERRBLY? That is not true cause YOU WAS NOT HERE to see me care for the pets. As far as seeing my kennels. I show them by appointment only. IF my shop is full of Big dogs during a holiday or New Troops arriving to Ft Knox then NO i will NOT show them to anybody just to keep the peace for my Boarders. If you didn't like that sorry you should of found somebody else to board your pets. We WALK the pets Everyday they get hands on, the TV runs for them, WE STAY here 24/7. In some cases we treat them pets BETTER then they get at home so you have NO CLUE how well your pet was cared for. As far as hungry and thirsty your pets get Plenty of exercise here OR there has been times dogs will just PICK at there food to the point i might put some canned food in it. 15 years of caring for ppls Pets i THINK we are doing SOMETHING RIGHT! If you did have a camera attached you would see your pet was WELL CARED FOR!

Doesn't even deserve ONE star! Dogs handled TERRIBLY, small dog kept in a dark room during the day. . . the owners wouldn't even SHOW US where they were going to keep our big dogs! Dogs came home hungry and thirsty! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! Wish we had a camera attached to one of their collars just in case of animal cruelty. . . Bad experience for both dog and owner.
