I completely disagree with the other view. I THANK GOD that they exist so that I don't have to go straight to hell, that is the uneducated, overstaffed, lazy, pitiful, rude ER room in hardin county. That would be the er hardin co. hospital, that if they have a shred of empathy for a patient, they hide it extremely well. care first rogersville rd, radcliff, ky I LOVE YOU !

My son was burning with a fever and he has asthma so I called carefirst to ask when they closed. They told me that they lock the doors at 10:00 pm. It was 9:30 so I loaded him in my car and rushed him there. When I pulled up I saw a man inside rush to the front door then back to the desk. So I continued getting my sick toddler out of the car and to the front door we went; only to realized that the man had locked the door. I looked at my phone, which the time is set by satellite atenna, and it read 9:57 pm. I called them and told them that I was there with my sick child, it wasn't closing time yet, and to unlock the door. I pleaded with them but they told me that they were open since 2pm and I should have brought him then. He wasn't feverish or having trouble breathing earlier! I informed them but still they wouldn't let us in. When I got to the ER his oxygen level was at 90% and rushed us into a room right away. Needless to say, I was very upset. Would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
