Today, Hansen Interiors is owned and operated by Torben and Bridget Ovesen and offers the same excellent service and enjoyable shopping experience for which the store has become known. We are very pleased with the quality, selection, and the service from Hansen Interiors. We've shopped there multiple times because though we are of necessity very budget conscious, we do not feel we are treated any differently, and have usually found items and prices to match our needs.
Just got home from your store. What a disappointing experience! Not sure if I didn’t look rich enough? Had bad breath? Or what? I came prepared to write a big fat check and buy all new furniture for my living room, which I told you when I arrived. But the clerk who waited on me wasn’t able to communicate with me well enough to make a sale. Trying to get information about the many choices was like pulling teeth. Then when I apologized for not explaining myself well enough (yes I apologized!), he argued with me and told me I had asked him the wrong questions! I finally had to extricate myself from the very uncomfortable situation and take my money elsewhere. So sad.
