Established in 1916, Fratt Elementary is governed by the Racine Unified School District, which operates various elementary, middle, high and magnet schools. The Racine Unified School District serves more than 20,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The school district covers an area of more than 95 square miles and serves urban, rural and suburban communities in southeastern Wisconsin. Its schools curricula include fine arts, foreign language, and physical and technology education.
