I guess things change. I read the past reviews and see that things have changed. I bought a system from him a couple of years ago. Up to that point I had great service. But..... I called for a month to fix a simple problem. He constantly told me he would be out. No calls from him to tell me he wouldn't make it. I would not buy a box fan from him. And if you call him for service.... GOOD LUCK. There are too many responsive ac companies out there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Nick has come out to my home 3 times in the past year to either service my AC or troubleshoot an inside issue. He always responds immediately, with courtesy, and arrives quickly. His prices are reasonable as well! He is a trusted HVAC professional. Thank you!

Wow is all I can say. I had a co come out on one of those "specials" and they tried to rip me off. I luckily knew something was not right and told them no sir. I called Nick at the recommendation of my cousin. Boy was he right. This guy is honest and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again, as well as refer them to others. If you need a great A/C guy. Call this one. you will not be sorry.

I have used A Better climate since they have opened. They are ALWAYS responsive, and quick to find and resolve any issues. We built a new house recently and had them design and install our new system. We built this with all the new energy efficient ways (spray foam, insulated windows etc.) and A Better Climate was well versed on the specific requirement for our type of construction. Yesterday we hit 101 degrees with a heat index of 110 and this home stayed a comfortable 74 degrees with the main unit hardly running during the peak of the day! They certainly know their stuff! When it comes to pricing on the new system I assumed he was giving me good pricing due to my history with him, but it wasn't until I compared that I really saw the difference! As long as they are in business, I will be one of their customers!

Came in with super price significantly lower than others, found him to be really honest and willing to explain, job was done just the way it was said, knows his stuff and could not have asked for a better deal/job. A+, Thumbs Up, and a LIKE!...will definitely use him when the attic unit goes.

Wow!! I emailed Nick a message about my a/c that quit working today. He called me within 5 minutes, and was at my house within 30 minutes. He replaced a part, cleaned a part, added freon, and applied ant killer(the problem to begin with) and maybe other things, I'm not sure what all he did. His price was great and he doesn't charge after hour prices. I would highly recommend his company, and I will use him from now on!!!

It was raining and it was hot and got in the phone book and Nick was the only one that said 24hr service no overtime charge and I called him and he came to the house in the rain ( i held an umbrella over him s he didn't get wet}..and Nick explained what he was doing and was upfront with the pricing and the work that he was goingt to do. I would highly recommend A Better Climate for any type of AC repair or new installation. My Ac went out on a Thursday night. Contacted Nick and he showed up promptly the next morning. My compressor had went out and needed a new AC system installed. There was no high pressure sales gimmicks. He told me exactly what I needed and a very good price. Nick has worked on my old a/c unit for the last couple of years. Helping us make it through the summer. He has always showed up on time - nights and weekends. This spring I decided to replace the old unit before the heat of the summer. Nick did a great job at a reasonable price. I always try to support Hunt county businesses and Nick is one of the most reliable that I have come across in the last 15 years.
