Very nice people, fair prices, and very helpful. Even though they have been remodeling forever and did not have any displays setup? They were the only people that didn't make me feel stupid when I would ask a question. They took the time to explain the different types of fireplaces witch made making a selection very easy. I love my new fireplace and so do all my friends. Thanks for all the help.

I read the reviews here and followed the advice about the fireplace store and was not disappointed with the service or the products. We have been shopping for 2 years for this insert and finally found the right place to do this. They really do know what they are doing, I would recommend to anyone.

Got a great deal on a display item, lucky is my middle name. It fit my fireplace like a glove now I can take mine off !!! Jason worked pretty hard to make this come together and we would recommend this store on that merit alone but it also comes with a great installer and a warranty on labor. Can't go wrong.

Was not easy to find a insert to fit our fireplace, they really did a good job locating the best options for us. A+ for the install as well, they do the gas and all the fit and finish stuff too, Great local store.

Did the due diligence and looked around, had the same ho-hum service until we found Mazzini Plumbing and The Fireplace Store. Great service, they made it enjoyable to write a check for $$$$, at least less painful. We love the insert and would recommend them to all.

One stop shop made everything much easier and the sales manager was great, he really knows the industry. Tried other stores first and noticed an incredible difference at Mazzini's. I highly reccommend to everyone.
