The Law Offices of Laila Maalouf have represented clients in the purchase and sale of real estate, negotiation of commercial office and retail leases for landlords and tenant and construction contracts, landlord and tenant issues for both commercial and residential clients, zoning, land use and environmental issues including matters arising out of M.G.L. 21E since 1990. In addition, the firm has access to a number of lenders to provide financing for the purchase or refinancing of real estate, both residential and commercial. The firm has acted as counsel for both buyers and sellers, as well as lenders. Eminent domain/condemnation, construction, property taxes, development and redevelopment issues, and matters arising out of historic landmarks limitations. The firm's practice is concentrated in all real estate related matters. Attorney Maalouf is a title agent for First American Title Insurance. She is also member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association, in addition to local, state and national bar associations. The firm has offices located in Quincy, Massachusetts with satellite offices in the North Shore in Peabody, Massachusetts.
