General Info
PeopleReady, part of the largest industrial staffing company in North America, finds steady, reliable employment for hundreds of people each day throughout the U.S. and Canada. We work with some of the most respected brands to help them find associates that meet their business demands and culture. We've been doing this nearly 30 years in industries like construction, hospitality, manufacturing and logistics, marine, transportation, warehousing and distribution, waste and recycling. We provide workers who have been screened for employment eligibility and trained to work safely. We work with associates to help them meet their career goals and get the training needed to improve and gain steady employment. Most importantly, we are committed to keeping associates safe on the job and do our best to never send you to a job with unsafe conditions, or one where you aren't trained in safety procedures.

Provided by YP.comThis place isn't the best place to work... but if you have no work experience this place will help you get your foot in the door. You go in any day you want to work and sign in. There's no guarantee that you'll get work... one week i got 41.5 hours, one week i only got 8 hours. The application process only takes less than an hour and you'll know if you are qualified to work there minutes after taking the application test and can sign in to work if qualified right after. If you're new and want to get work, it would behoove you to get to the Agency when they open at 5:30, but you can be the first one to sign in and last one sent out or first one to sign in and not get sent out at all. Most of the jobs only pay minimum wage and the jobs can be as short as 4 hours (even if the jobs are shorter the customer is charged for a minimum of four hours). So anytime you get a job you are guaranteed at least those four hours. I once literally only worked for less than five minutes and got paid for four hours since that's the minimum they charge. However when you only get four hours, after taxes that only comes out to $27.18 after taxes and you have to pay the drivers two dollars each way unless you have your own transport or someone who works behind the counter at the office drives you. If you don't have a car that will hurt your chances of getting a job. This is only for entry level or if you're looking for a real job go here in the meantime.
