This is a faux-Japanese place run by Chinese people. I've eaten in a lot of sushi places and the last time I was in this place they had a communal, not so clean, restroom. I am not sure if the sushi is very fresh since I had stomach problems 3 times and the salmon tasted like the stuff I buy in Stop & Shop. One time I found weird debris on the sushi (not salmon eggs). Tables are too close together and I had debri. I prefer Fuji 1546 in Quincy Center since these are cleaner, tastier and more professionally prepared.. The head chef sips vodka while preparing food (so says his wife). Sometimes rude woman owner/operator was rude when I was a regular customer; maybe Durgin Park could use her. Part of their revenue stream appears to be from hiring of very nice, but illegal, foreign student/workers.
