Transitions of Western Illinois provides a wide range of mental health and developmental disability services to the Quincy, IL, community. Vocational training services Transitions was founded in 1955 as the Adams County Mental Health Center. For over 50 years, the agency has served the Adams County area, providing high-quality, affordable mental health and rehabilitation services. Transitions is a United Way agency and is CARF (Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited.
