Purchased a Christmas tree from them and the needles were falling off before I got it decorated. The tree has not taken any water since I purchased it. I did ask the attendant when it was cut and he thought it was a couple of weeks before. I also purchased the tree stand that was supposed to keep it straight. That did not work either. It took over a week to even get a response from them and the only option they gave me was to return the tree. Really?? After it was already decorated. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them as they do not stand behind their products. I am sure their customer service is great, as long as you do not have any issues. Be warned!
