Very satisfied with Roto-Rooter service; called 1/2 hr before coming, came on time, courteous and helpful. Cleaned and treated main sewer line for drain operation. Would recommend the service to others.
The tech Erick was great did a professional job at a reasonable price. Would use this service again.
We had an emergency here at our Parish, we were in the middle of our annual Feast and our toilet kept backing up. We called Roto Rooter and a plumber was dispatched to us immediately when I explained our predicament. He took care of our plumbing problem and then came in and explained what he did and how to avoid this in the future. He was very pleasant and cordial to the staff.
