Power Moves Gymnastics is a gymnastics center located in Queens Village. Our goal is to encourage fitness focused minds through the fundamentals of gymnastics. We offer gymnastics and fitness classes for children of all ages. Our classes include Mommy/Daddy and Me, Toddler classes, Instructional classes, teen gymnastics, adult tumbling, Kids Fitness, children's birthday parties, and Zumba. We also have a mobile gymnastics program. Whether you are a dance school, community center, or martial arts facility looking to incorporate gymnastics into your program, or want a fun and unique way to celebrate your child's next birthday or holiday party, we bring the gym to you! We provide the instructors and equipment and provide gymnastics instruction at the location of your choice!
