Dr. Paul Home Inspection Now normally I dont write reviews because ive never really been that impressed before to do so but i must say I used Dr Paul for my home inspection and i was really impressed..Im from Brooklyn NY..and on a short one day noticed I told him about a appointment I had on a house literally next day..he was able to make it driving from Queens to the appointment and even reached their an hour before the time..He's a very pleasant man..very easy to talk to...over the phone he gave me a quote which was a fair price for the inspection..alot of other inspectors i was looking at were saying that they were gonna charge 50 dollars extra for each additional kitchens and bathrooms..I was looking at two and three family houses so that would have been real expensive for me..Dr Paul had a flat rate and that was that..He was extremely thorough during the inspection..I visited the the house twice before but after the inspection it felt like it was my first time really in this home

Excellent service! Prior to finding this company we used someone else to inspect our potential new home, at that time we didn't know the difference.. after deciding against purchasing that home we went on looking for others.. we also decided to try a different inspector and a friend who used this company before highly recommended them. I gave it a try, and am happy I made that choice. Paul took the time to to answer all of my questions, explained in detail what I needed to know and what to expect. Not to mention the report was also delivered very quickly. I would recommend anyone looking for a reliable home inspector to give them a try!
