Another late charge for last month. This months bill dated 8/25. Postmarked 8/29 from zip 87113 and received in San tan valley 9/3. Since this is due the 15th I shouldn't have to pay a late fee if I mail today. Aren't there laws that require a certain number of days required for consumers to pay after receipt of the bill

I'm tired of paying late fees. My last bill was dated July 25 and postmarked August 4. It was received in my mail in San Tan Valley on Friday August 8. I pay my bills online and it takes 5 business days for you to receive payment when all other utilities post the next day after payment. If I pay on your site it costs $1 The above bill had a due date of August 15 so I guess it's another late fee since the bill was paid late friday night.
unable to reach spvr by phone but need to let you know you have a very valuable customer service representative , his name is Mike, there has never been any question that I have that he will not only answer but has taken the time to resolve any issues and help with information and instructions .Hope you acknowledge his service and awsomness.

Why are we paying a sewer fee of $37.00 when at least 20% of your water is used for landscaping. Landscaping water does not go into the sewer. Check your bills monthly - was charged late fee of 24 cents and 14 cents? Think about the monies that are collected if you do not catch this "late fee" probably trying ot make up what he says is lost revenue due to the commission denying the exorbitant increase that they applied for. Why are we paying a minimum charge on 6000 gallons and then charged again for the actual water used? TERRIBLE UTILITY. Does not want San Tan Valley to incorpotate most likely due to having to answer to more regulations.

Worst utility company EVER! 1. Not informing customers of contaminated water supply. This has happened twice recently. High levels of nitrates are dangerous for babies and small children. 2. Charging customers for re-cycling from Jan 1st - 3 months in adevance. Essentially we are paying for a service we are not getting, due to the fact that we have never received re-cycle bins. 3. Anytime I try to call customer service, can never get through, "all our representatives are busy with other customers." No-one ever answers - they must have one representative only, and she/he probably on break.. 4. Johnson Utilities is a monopoly - enough said!!!!

They need to get better software for online payment.. Tried to pay online and it ask for month and year of credit card..0014. When I enter the information it adds the full year of 2014. What's with this adding a $1.00 to everybody's account for using online service? What a ripoff!!

Johnson Utilities has to be the worst company in existence. The media claims if you have a concern regarding the water to contact their office during business hours, but no one answers the phone (Go Figure). That part that upsets people the most is Johnson Utilities advised they had the water tested on Aug 16, but didn?t notify anyone until Aug 21. The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality's drinking-water section, said 25 of 60 samples taken from Johnson Utilities' water on Aug.16 revealed the presence of total coliform. While not a health risk on its own, total coliform can signify the presence of potentially harmful bacteria. In this case, three of the 25 samples tested positive for E.coli. On Sunday, additional samples were taken, and one in 75 tested positive for total coliform. Well Mr. Johnson step up to the plate and issue a credit to all your customers for this catastrophe, your company is quick to shut off someone?s water if their payment is one day late.
I find this company is irresponsible for not informing the customers in a more timely way of the poor water quality and contamination of the water source. I have a daughter that has cancer and her immune system is very low. This is unacceptable! 08/22/12...

I have never had a problem with them THE normal bill issue BUT what UTILITY company is ALL PERFECT. They have helped me out on several occassions! They have understood my unemployment status and worked with me. I REALLY have nothing bad to say, billing is billing the phones are busy yes but I think they have like several different ways to contact them. The girls upfront always HELP me and I thank them for that. I say it like this NO UTILITY company is perfect PEOPLE will ALWAYS find something to complain about UNLESS ITS FREE.. even then they'll compalin.

have had this service for 5 years now with hardly no complaints but since we have made the move permanent they have yet to get the address right and now have tried for 2 days to get SOMEONE on the phone with no success!!!! Can't get to them before they close and they have no saturday hours which makes it impossible for working people to get ahold of them. I know we as residents are stuck with them but they could make it easier for us to communicate with them.

Warning, remember to write the names of all the people you speak with in regards to your account, as these very rude people forget to notate you account and disconnect your service regardless. And the Supervisor seems to always be in a meeting, or at least that what the front desk people always tell you.

Very unprofessional, very rude and they have no idea of the definition of Customer Service. Very low class business.

This company is the WORST utilities company I have ever used. The past year has been a horrible year in using them as my water/sewage ompany. Unfortunately in Queen Creek you have no choice but to use this company, but BEWARE!! The company charges "privalege fees" in order to use their service because and I quote "Queen Creek was suppossed to be bigger and we were expecting a larger community, so we have to charge you just to use our service". After paying a $250 deposit they still charge "a water minimum" of $27.00 per month and a "sewage fee minimum" of $38.50 per month. I live by myself and only use $3.00 worth of water per month, yet my bills are always $70+. Pretty horrible if you ask me.. Also BEWARE when you try calling the company I have never been on hold less than 35 minutes.

I can never, never get hold of their customer service phone number listed on their website is always busy during their business hours and as soon as 4:43pm comes around the recorder tells you its after hours, they don't even close until 4:45pm. My bills have always been high and never drop, I work all day (not home until late with my daughter) and only wash about 3 loads in the weekends, sprinklers are on twice for a little bit and my bill is always $180. Their water rates are extremely high, it's ridiculous that you can't even reach out to them.

This is the worst utility company you could imagine!!!! I lived in Gilbert prior to moving to Queen Creek and paid at the most $45 for everything trash, recycling, water, sewer. I have paid $120 since I've moved to Queen Creek what's even worse it's just me. It will be a great day when Johnson Utilities is gone!!!

They have a monopoly on the water in Johnson Ranch area and they abuse that privlage, they have extreamly poor customer service, rates are high, and they don't care about the customer at all.
