This branch customer Services is extremely unprofessional. My loan was approved a week and half ago. I was told to bring in the wrong documents by the loan officer. I was then told faxed the correct documents and I did. The loan officer said she would call back to confirmed the faxed. Never got the return call back. When I then called and spoke with a different loan officer she than confirmed the receipt of the fax but said the person that i was working with will be on leave for a week.
