Excellent meats and jerky too, my favorite place to get my favorite meats when we have company from out of town... you won’t be disappointed with quality

Great service unfortunately i bought some bad meat. I purchased $180.00 worth of meat Saturday April 04 at 6:45 brought it straight home and froze all except a 26.00 brisket that i saved to grind into burger. Tonight, April 8, which is 94 hours later i pulled out the meat out of the fridge and opened it up. I noticed a tiny bit of ice crystals on the edge indicating that putting it in the way back of the fridge kept it nice and cold. Even though the date on the package was May 04 it had gone bad by April 8, less than 4 days. I'm not one of those picky meat eaters either. I will eat sour meat, i will usually cut off the slimy stinky gray parts and cook it to 165 and throw some extra seasoning on it but this was even too much for me. i tried cutting off the sour parts but it was too gone. If you buy meat here you will need to eat or freeze that same day. The service was so good too, very disappointing to throw away a big piece of meat.
