I recently cancelled my coverage, before the renewal date and not only did Amfam try to take the money out of my bank account but then charged me for cancelling and refuses to give me anything in writing for the charges. The only reason I have decided to pay them was I don't allow items to go to collections. But this is the worst agency there is. Ty Frederick 253-268-3379 tfrederi@amfam.com is suppose to be my agent yet won't talk to me on this matter, instead has the receptionist call. Ty is disrespectful, and money hungry. If Amfam sees it fit to keep your money without giving reason they will. Worst service ever.
