Terrible customer service. We have recently moved to the UK and we we're told that we could easily access our funds from BB&T to our UK bank account. We were told everything could be done electronically. It turns our that's not true. We have to deposit a paper check in the UK and wait 4-6 weeks for our funds to clear the the USA! Not only that, but the BB&T representative we've been dealing with has stopped replying to all of our emails. This is beyond frustrating and disappointing and I'm disgusted with how archaic BB&T are to deal with. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT THIS BRANCH OR WITH THIS BANK!
