We handle all types of real estate closings, whether they are realtor, lender or privately generated transactions. Karen Mundy, Owner is a licensed title insurance closer and the third generation of her family in title insurance field. We recognize that although we may close homes, refinances, lots, condominiums, mobile homes, new construction and equity lines on a daily basis, for most customers this is not an everyday occurrence.
