If there was an option to give this place negative stars, I certainly would have. So while in this establishment, an elderly woman approached the hostess concerned that she would not be able to open her butter pack the waiter had given her. Instead of offering to open the butter for her, the hostess explained that she did not have access to the normal butter.. what is that?!?!? Also, we ordered Philly cheese steaks - what we got was a slab of steak with cheese on top. The bread wasn't even a normal roll a steak sandwich would usually be served on. Safe to say we will never be returning to this sad excuse of a restaurant. PS - we tried to call the place directly, but we never were able to get an answer and there is no voicemail or answering service... what day in age are we in? Punta Gorda = pre historic
