They would not issue a refund for a gift certificate that my husband purchased for me when I could not get the service that I wanted to for it. We are students and so money is pretty tight. My husband wanted to do something really special for my birthday so he asked my friend where a good place to get a massage was, and she said she heard good things about them. My husband told them the services he wanted me to get and they sold him the gift card for the amount that would cover a massage and spa pedicure. When I called two days later to schedule the appointment they said their massage therapist was on maternity leave and wouldn't be back for two weeks. I explained that we were moving in a week and asked if we could get a refund and they refused. If their massage therapist was gone, isn't this something they should have mentioned before selling my husband the gift certificate? Apparently they don't care about their public image and are only interested in making money.

This Salon is awesome! The staff and techs are super friendly and entertaining! I had a spa pedicure-the pedi chairs they have are out of the world-the staff is wonderful. As far as the tanning- I love their beds, room decor and how clean the entire salon is. You must go to this salon! I will return over and over again!

This place is awesome! Very clean and very COOL! Its the BEST tanning and nail spa in Pullman. You must experience it. Very friendly staff, knowledgable and accredited. A fun place to go and just hang.

The nail service is great--not sure about the tanning part; but the pedicure room looks awesome. Everything looked immaculately clean while I was there. I'm will definitely go back.
