Never rent from this apartment complex! We were promised our security deposit returned after we left our apartment, after five months we never received our return and personnel from the apartment complex started saying we left the apartment in bad condition and would not be receiving our return. This is NOT true. When we moved in everything was filthy and we had to scrub everything to get it half way clean. If I remember correctly, I spent around five hours cleaning the bathroom alone. I am not a dirty person, there is no way I left that place worse than what I found it. Of course we were told, after five months of being gone, that we abused the place and left a water leak for over three months that destroyed the apartment below. Kind of funny given we never saw anything in apartment flooding, the tenants below never complained to us that we were flooding their apartment, nor did management or maintenance ever come to us and tell us we had a leak that needed to be addressed. It amazes me that the apartment we supposedly left in horrible shape was able to be repaired and have two tenants through it in less than five months. So, if you decide to live at this dump, be prepared to lose your money or sue to get it back, which is what we are going to do.
