New staff has no patients & defiantly not a caring bone in their body. They want to do very little. The new assistant director just wants to work her 8-5 hrs mon-fri. She made it very clear she dont work weekends. She will lie about a resident if they become work just to have them replaced or worse harass the resident till it sets them off so she can call 911. I have personally witnessed this kind of behavior from her & the staff at Hewitt House. Please do know that between me, my family, hospital, case worker, & actually couple of the workers at Hewitt House we have all the notes & documentation you would need. Do not reccommend this place for any loved one unless the last crew all come back along with the director. My rating is strictly on the building. If I could have left it no stars it would be on the staff only (ones that are workers of this facility not other facilities/directors/management)

Very rude working staff and when you call they are not friendly or helpful. If you have anything stolen from you while you are there they treat you like you are dumb and will not help you with anything
