The Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County and Lower Arkansas Valley offer programs and activities for youth in Otero and Pueblo counties, Colo. It is affiliated to the Boys & Girls Club of America that offers five-core program areas including arts, sports and fitness, social skills, character development and leadership development and education and career development. B&GC offers a range of after school programs for children and disadvantaged youth ages 6 through 18. The club, based in Pueblo, Colo., provides prevention programs for youth, which include gang, alcohol, drug, tobacco, teen sex and pregnancy prevention.
