When I needed someone to take a look at my dead laptop, I went to the first place I found, which was PC Provo. I lucked out because the service was great. Paul was knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure to get a second opinion on my laptop problem, and he even helped me retrieve information off my hard drive that I needed (a service I didn't have to pay for). For anyone in Provo--especially poor college students looking for affordable computer service--PC Provo is the place to go.
Like the virus never happened. I had a hard time waiting for Paul to do the clean his way (rather than backup the data and then wipe my drive and start over) but in the end, it was worth the wait. Everything exactly as I left it. Amazing price, too! He was kind enough to email me a couple of files I really needed and will be doing more work for me in the future. My only complaint would be more updates on my laptop's status, as he had it nearly a week and I NEEDED those updates. Overall, very very very happy, and looking forward to having him replace my very worn keyboard in the near future.
