- DUI/DWIMost of the criminal cases that John has handled for the firm’s clients have resulted in either outright dismissals or filings, which is a very favorable outcome for the client. Most recently John secured a very favorable plea bargain for a client involved in a fatal hit and run accident and a separate dismissal of a DUI charge and accompanying Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test charge.
