I simply called to ask about a piercing and the man on the phone was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I can't speak to the location, but I would feel good going in and possibly getting a piecing there based on that phone call. The staff knows that they're doing and was very helpful, they knew all the answers from the type of ring to how to clean and heal the piercing.

I agree that whoever posted the first comment must be crazy. I went there to get the gem on my subdermal implants changed and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and, after I told the girl what I needed, she brought over a guy that could help me. He was very nice, knowledgable, helpful, and got me exactly what I needed quickly. I would definitely reccommend Rockstar.

I don't know what THAT person is talking about, but I disagree!! I recently got a piercing somewhere else and when I had questions I called Rockstar. The person who answered the phone was not only extremely professional but also very helpful and informative. He reassured me and was willing to answer all of my questions even though I had not been pierced there. I will definitely be going to Rockstar Body Piercing for all of my future "modifications"

The people that work here are arrogant, unprofessional and rude! if you want to feel comfortable and secure DO NOT GO HERE!
