absolutely horrible and unprofessional. all I have to say about my experience with this place. 1 car they gave me wouldn't start. I had to carry jumper cables til they had another car. I forgot my registration in the car. I called to have them tell me they threw it away because I left it behind. I asked, wouldn't u think someone's registration was important? maybe call and tell them u foundit? their reply.." no, u left it"
Great experience. Had a minor accident and my car had to go to East Bay auto body. was renting from enterprise. After being told I was paying too much, John at east bay hooked me up with this company. They came and brought me the car right there. no hassles. 25 a day and though the car was not new, 2008 h elantra, all was good. was totally satisfied

0 stars here, but the rating system didn't give me the option to put less than one. first car they brought me had a screw in the tire. they didn't notice it as we went around the car photographing damages, my dad (thankfully did). as car was unsafe to drive, they went back to Providence to get me a new car and dropped it off at my house. haven't touched it since they dropped it off yesterday until 5 minutes ago. just went to turn it on, car's dead. all the lights on the dashboard going on. not to mention car is filthy, smells like cigarette smoke, trunk pops open when you shut the passenger side door. god forbid it actually DID start and i tried to drive the hunk of junk.

I had a great experience at Richmond. My car needed some work done and i needed a rental for a week or so, they were so nice and got me into a great car that was almost brand new. Another thing i loved was the fact that their price is a flat rate no hidden fees, or charges, what he told me the price was, was it. simple and easy all i had to do was call and make sure they had a car available for rent and then go in with my License and Insurance Card. I will absolutely be renting from them again and will tell all my friends that need a rental. The reason for 4 stars not 5 was that they don't sell their own insurance, not a problem for me but some people don't have insurance

Worst experience ever renting a car. Change oil light came on days after renting vehicle, tire pressure monitor failure light on, problems with heat, car broke down, leaked fluid in garage ruined floor, Poor customer service, bad attitude from management, the list goes on and on....... Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere or take public transportation
